The Management Committee is drawn from Hall users who meet at regular intervals to discuss the ongoing management of the Hall. It comprises a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer plus up to six other members.
The Repton Village Hall Company has members drawn from the Hall users. The members elect four Directors on a three year rotation, one third of the Directors standing down each year. The Company Secretary is drawn from the Directors elected.
The Company submits accounts and returns in accordance with company law and the requirements of the Charity Commission.
